How to Log In to Self-Service

Self-Service is the tool used at 黄瓜视频 to view your academic information, your academic progress, and register for courses. It also shows your past grades, unofficial transcript, and more information as well.

  1. Login to My黄瓜视频, for complete instructions see our guide on How to Log into My黄瓜视频
  2. Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner

  3. Click on Colleague Self-Service within the menu that opened

  4. In most cases, you will be automatically logged in to your Self-Service account. If not, type your 黄瓜视频 email address and password to log into Self-Service

    TIP: Student email addresses are the letter "s" + your Student ID, followed by "@berkshirecc.edu". For example, s0123456@berkshirecc.edu. The "s" should always be lower case.

    NOTE: Your 黄瓜视频 password is the same in every 黄瓜视频 system.
